Senior Correspondent – Editorial
Experience: 4–6 years | Remote (India)
This role is for journalists who go beyond headlines and ask why a story truly matters.
What you’ll do:
- Discover and pitch original, underreported stories
- Report from the ground and speak with people shaping change
- Write features, interviews, explainers, and profiles
- Own stories from idea to publication with accuracy and empathy
- Collaborate with editors, visuals, and design teams
- Track and follow up on the real-world impact of stories
Copy Writer – Social Media Content
Experience: 2–4 years | Remote (India)
You will be the voice that connects our in-depth journalism with millions of readers online.
What you’ll do:
- Turn long-form, solution-focused stories into engaging social copy
- Write credible, scroll-stopping hooks and captions
- Spot trends and adapt them thoughtfully to positive narratives
- Fact-check every claim, stat, and quote
- Work closely with editorial, social, and design teams
Script Writer & Researcher – Long Form Video
Experience: 2–4 years | Remote (India)
This role is for writers who love deep research and cinematic storytelling.
What you’ll do:
- Independently research complex issues using credible sources
- Write 10–25 minute long-form video scripts
- Translate dense information into clear, human-centered narratives
- Maintain high editorial and fact-checking standards
- Collaborate with producers and visual teams
Video Editor – YouTube
Experience: 3–5 years | Remote (India)
We’re looking for a visual storyteller who can turn scripts and raw footage into compelling videos.
What you’ll do:
- Edit long-form YouTube videos with strong pacing and retention
- Create high-performing shorts and reels
- Design and integrate advanced motion graphics and explainers
- Maintain consistent visual identity and quality
- Collaborate closely with writers and producers
Tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
Bonus: DaVinci Resolve, Audition, AI-assisted workflows
